I feel that it's important for me to alert others to the experiences you may have with this Ameriprise advisor. During a time of national/global financial prosperity, my account lost over $20,000 (this was a couple of years ago). When I was called in to be informed of this, Mr. Bergman handed me someone else's financial disclosure statement, which I called to his attention immediately.
