Very slow. When we went in the first time we waited 45 minutes for someone to help us. Then we were told repairs would take 3 weeks. On 3 weeks they called and said they needed another week. We explained that was unacceptable and they did the work immediately. They are very expensive. Repair work starts at $250.00 an hour. If I had realized that I would have walked out and taken my busses somewhere else. It was a very expensive lesson. They have to pay for all the TV commercials somehow.
