It was not a good experience October 06, 2022 I will never go back.
Friendly people when they finally get around to serving you. Just a regular jewelery store, nothing unique except they have people in the back of the store working on jobs, would have liked a quick tour to see what they do back there. Appears to be a big guarded secret, maybe there melting down gold or silver.

Customer service is extremely important when making any purchase but when spending money for fine jewelry GREAT customer service puts my mind at ease if I ever have a question or concern.
