A very poor experience from the time the contract was signed. Days on end no show, mistakes In estimating and plan reading that resulted in exorbitant change orders. Terrible quality control, supervision and project management. The shop floor holds water when it was clearly designed to have a slope, the bedroom floor that was poured was a 1/2 inch higher than the existing floor ( and the homeowner had to fix it) most walls were framed out of square (and the homeowners had to fix them).
