Kerstin Smok, NP (pronounced: Smoke), at Dr. Paul’s office, is AMAZING. I have been going to her for years. During that time, I was diagnosed with Angioedema (swelling of the skin) and Effuvium (a hair loss condition). *It was all triggered and started during Covid. I was so grateful for her calm demeanor, especially when I was upset and in pain. As always, she has continued to be thorough with the health of my skin and whatever needs it may have. Thank you, Kerstin!
My son has had three appointments with Dr Barry now and each time we have waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 15 to be seen. This is unacceptable. We’ll come to one more appointment to see if the staff here can respect my family’s time before transferring care to another facility. If you make an appointment here, prepare to wait and wait and then get into the room and wait some more.
Dr, Paul prescribed a therapy for my skin condition it's was reversed in 10 days. A wonderful internist and great bed side manor
