Dr Bannen is wonderful. He not only knows what he's talking about, he also has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly skilled and highly recommend.
Quick, efficient, friendly and thorough in the office. But they sent me 5 reminders of my appointment. I feel like I should bill them for my time to respond to all after the first 2.

Sensitive comments about my weight were delivered in a way that felt judgmental rather than supportive, which was hurtful. My medically necessary surgery was also described in a way that minimized its seriousness by implying it was cosmetic. I hope future patients are met with greater compassion, accuracy, and understanding during such vulnerable conversations.
