They facility could use TV’s
Okay! First of all Dr. McAdams is great. He as taken care of me for many years. I needed cataract surgery. The right eye went great! Staff very caring and efficient. Very different for the left. Everything very rushed. I was very cold but didn't say anything because they were going so fast. The man who put the IV didn't do well. When it was done they rushed me out . They were running us thru like cattle.
I called on Friday at 4:15pm. Despite their hours specifying that they were open until 5pm on Friday, my call was directed to a robot operator telling me the office was closed.
My husband goes here and while we are happy with the doctors, the facility itself is old and outdated. The waiting room is really old looking with one teeny tiny bathroom in the corner with one extremely small toilet that everyone shares with absolutely no ventilation. Every time someone goes potty it smells up the entire place! It literally smells like poop every time you walk in! The waiting room is always full and the wait times are terrible so my husband is stuck smelling poop for hours! I know this place is banking it! ... read more
Always had great experiences in the past. NOT THIS TIME !! Went in for a new prescription, as in the past (many times) and the new right lens was way out of focus at a distance. Now, the last pair they prescribed was spot on. I had some scratches I couldn't live with so I wanted a new pair of lenses. They had me check with the lab and the lenses matched their "incorrect" prescription to "T". I have had plenty of eye exams and never had an issue until now.
