Absolutely. The worst insurance agent i've ever dealt. When it was paul b sullivan insurance company, it was the best. But when they got bought out by f b insurance, their customer service went down the hill. And I just found out that they closed the Fall River office and that they got changed over the Patriot growth. Insurance services without notifying any of their customers, including myself. I am totally unsatisfied and I am shopping around for a new insurance agent. They have the worst customer service of any insurance.... read more
