Dr. McLendon and his entire team were amazing. From beginning to end I felt cared for. His PA is wonderful. The physical therapists were outstanding. They told me Dr. McLendon has the best recovery regime of all the surgeons they work with. If you need any kind of shoulder repairs he is the best. I am very happy I had the reverse replacement done. My life is back to normal.

Dr McLendon is a consummate professional. He projects confidence and has a level of expertise that is both reassuring and refreshing. I’ve seen many doctors, including three different orthopedic surgeons, and I can say without any reservations that Dr McLendon stands head and shoulders above them all. If you need shoulder surgery, then this is the doctor you want. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
