I made a first appt. with Dr. McLendon after months of increasing rotator cuff pain thinking I needed shoulder replacement. Instead, Dr M helped me understand that I am not there yet and proposed a pain management plan with periodic cortisone injections, which relieved the pain in the short term. It creates a lot of trust when a surgeon tells you that you don’t yet need surgery. I will remain in his care for the long haul!

Dr. McLendon, McKensie, Magan have been pleasant, professiona, kind, and very responsive. The staff out front have also been helpful and pleasant as well. All in all, a great experience!

Megan was very welcoming and pleasant. Mackenzie was delightful as always and very informative as to my condition. Dr McClendon was kind and caring as usual. Always happy to see this team of professionals.

I've had the worst experience with this Dr. I had an appointment on Aug 29 2025. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45pm with a 15 min grace period. It takes me 15 minutes normally to get to his office. I left my home at 2:10pm to arrive on time. While getting on the highway the traffic was at a complete stop. The closer I was getting to my time to arrive. I called the office to explain that the traffic was highly backed up. I tried my best to go different routes to arrive on time.
