Waiting for one hour on my first appointment. What a joke…
Unfortunately, my experience with Lyon has been frustrating and disappointing. Communication is practically nonexistent, messages go unanswered, follow-up requests are ignored, and there's zero responsiveness after the initial appointment. As a patient, it's incredibly discouraging to feel like you're left in the dark with no support or guidance. If you're looking for a provider who takes post-visit care seriously or who respects timely communication, I would strongly consider looking elsewhere.
