Dr. Denis is a great Chiropractor. He is very professional and caring. The staff is excellent, friendly, courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend Dr. Denis.
Great caring Doctor and Staff. Dr. Denis takes time to explain everything and why it is happening to you. I can walk upright again and do things I have been unable to do for a long time. He is well worth seeing and I highly recommend him!
Actual care was good, but their billing is terrible. They do not do copays and send you a large bill after many months with no explanations or billing breakdown.
What should have been max out of pocket expense (per office staff) of $3000, due to insurance, turned out to be $3644. Had to stop going due to insurance coverage. The office staff could not tell me what the insurance would cover. Still have pain. Most health care providers can tell you what your expense will be, this office apparently could not.
Unprofessional. Unreasonably aggressive and pressuring about making and keeping appointments. Billing is a mess. No explanation of billing or benefits, just a surprise big bill months into treatment. Disrespect patient treatment decisions that involve changes in chiropractic care (less month for them). Tried to undermine advice from another doctor. Stay away from these guys.
Office staff was very pushy with scheduling appointments and pushing you to come in 3x a week for months ($$$$). Billing to insurance almost 6 months behind. They do not collect copays and bill you a mass amount later. Do not recommend.
don't bother with this one---he is interested in money, not his patients' well-being---worst adjustment I ever had--- he was also very RUDE when I asked for an adjustment on my first (and only) visit---all he wanted to do was charge me a fortune for explaining to me what my xrays showed, when I told him I already knew what they were going to show, since I had had xrays previously
Dr. Denis is very courteous, professional and kind.
