Paul Avratin is outstanding. He's been around long enough to know strategies that work, and he's not just a newbie trying to make a quick buck. I was impressed that he was able to tell us how to improve our home to get the best price, and how to avoid wasting money on other things that weren't important. Also, with his construction experience, we were able to take care of things that could have been a problem in an inspection. He's a straight talker, and doesn't do the typical realtor B.S., which we liked.
