Frequent company name & address changes. No phone or office contact. Email only. anonymous owners. Split off to be Sen group, then Nabo Group not at 6935 Wisconsin Ave Bethesda but Commerce GA. Not customer nor senior citizen friendly.
They are a horrible management company honestly . Tried to get a parking permit from them after losing the one I had , and even with all the documentation- lease, ID , they will not provide a parking permit . It’s like squeezing water out of a rock.
So far, I receive good vibes from them and great customer service. Wish they more eyes on the ground, but I guess we are the eyes.
Very good and knowledgeable property management company. They know how to correctly get things done in a timely manner.
I am a new owner of a property that this company oversees as the HOA. I have called multiple times over the last two weeks to let them know that I had yet to receive my official welcome packet that would include a coupon book, and today as I found out, a parking pass to park on the street. I was told on 8/26 that it would be coming soon. I called again this week to inquire again. Today, I had contractors parked in my driveway, and I parked on the street.
