We have had several companies managing our HOA. *************** is the worst. I tried calling, leave ***************** gets back to us. Here's one example, they have a very small landscaping company come, for the most 1 1/2 hours. The trees are now at a point that we need an arborist.IT isn't because we lack the money in our HOA account. They don't tell residents if they are renting it is up to the landlord to take care of the property. Example: landscaping, noise from dogs barking, people having MORE than two pets. They manage the property where I work and we have had no problems reaching them, they respond quickly and fix things right away.
Worst company ever! They lease properties with major issues such as plumbing, termites and A/C! The property I rented was a nightmare the first few months we had no plumbing we had to travel to the nearest store to use the restroom. We also didnt have any A/C or heat and had to purchase heaters and fans which they wont reimburse it took them forever to even put a new unit in! Then recently we had a termite problem and they still havent fixed it but they just sold the whole complex to someone else to deal with the issues! ***... read more
The Worst! I live at the Meadows. This company "manages" the HOA. I've called multiple times and sentany emails over several years trying to get my warped and deteriorating balcony assessed to no avail. I'm a renter and have asked the owner to attempt contact and he has done so with no luck either! And he's the owner! He pays $200 a month to the HOA for what?
