I love the doctor. The office manager was rude to me and trying to be nasty because I asked for help. I really want it to work with this doctor. He is so nice. But the office manager refuse to put a nurse on the phone. I was so taken back at how she was hired. We will see. But her behavior and lack of consideration for patients was unreal.
I was referred to Dr. Sievert by one of his current patients and he told that patient to have me call the office and give her name and I could make a new patient appointment. The person I spoke with state I needed a referral from another Dr. to get an appt or Dr. Sievert will cancel any appts made. She had to ask me for my details 3 times to get them correct and did not care about me being referred by an existing patient of Dr. Sievert's. No longer interested in seeing this Dr. since his staff seems to be inept.
Honors in all categories. A true find in todays world.
I find it difficult to find a more caring and competent physician anywhere. His bedside manner is outstanding.
