Doctor refused to treat because another doctor had taken endoscopy. Tried several times to schedule endoscopy with Sievert. Each time endoscopy surgery center tried to schedule me at 6 am or earlier despite fact that doctor claimed endoscopy could be scheduled as late as 11 am. I cannot ask my neighbors who were taking me to appointment to get me there that early. Getting in touch with doctor is nearly impossible. I love the doctor. The office manager was rude to me and trying to be nasty because I asked for help. I really want it to work with this doctor. He is so nice. But the office manager refuse to put a nurse on the phone. I was so taken back at how she was hired. We will see. But her behavior and lack of consideration for patients was unreal.
I was referred to Dr. Sievert by one of his current patients and he told that patient to have me call the office and give her name and I could make a new patient appointment. The person I spoke with state I needed a referral from another Dr. to get an appt or Dr. Sievert will cancel any appts made. She had to ask me for my details 3 times to get them correct and did not care about me being referred by an existing patient of Dr. Sievert's. No longer interested in seeing this Dr. since his staff seems to be inept.
