Dr. Alvord my 1st surgeon during my triple negative breast cancer journey. Despite everything timing of covid Dr. Alvord was most fearless during my time of need. Most of all patient with my decisions of care. I appreciated he's personal care allowing me to introduce myself my journey, goals. Dr Alvord is an incredible surgical oncologist and has a great bedside manner. His entire staff is top notch. I am very grateful to have been under his care and that he was able to perform my surgery on a timely basis.
Nothing but absolute respect for Dr. Paul Alvord and his team. I was referred to him from the Swedish Medical Center ER after a visit prompted by some pain “down there”. That was on a Monday. Called Dr. Alvord Tuesday to schedule a consult and he was able to see me that afternoon, confirmed my hernia, and scheduled me for surgery the following Monday. Dr. Alvord is an outstanding doctor, and his team at SurgOne is excellent. The staff was able to schedule me on short notice for the pre-surgery consult and operation at the Dry Creek Surgery Center, and communication was excellent throughout the process. Dr. Alvord also told me several times if there were any post-op issues/concerns to call him directly. (And of course, there have been none.) Highly, highly recommend!
