I found Dr. Shepherd and his staff to be kind, helpful, and informative. He was responsive to my questions and explained my problem very well. He took time to discuss my treatment options. My experience was very positive. Furthermore, the office is conveniently located, attractive, and very clean. I would recommend Dr. Shepherd without hesitation.
My visit went very well. I really like Dr Sheppard. He explained everything and answered all questions and didn't rush. The most modern x-rays and procedures. My visit was pain free. I really like the staff too.
I have been referred to him for two difficult root canals. I have generally bad teeth and have had a ton of work done by many different dentists over the years and he is by far the nicest, least judgmental, most gentle dentist I have ever been to. You don't feel his shots. The only bad thing about this guy is he only does root canals and it breaks my heart because I have been looking for a dentist like this my entire life. I would break up with my current dentist for him in a heartbeat!
He is a awesome, gentle dentist. I have had lots of dentistry done in my life and by far his shots are the most gentle, I wish he would teach all the others. Very caring and I would highly recommend.
The previous week, I had been to a different Endodentist for a root canal. It was the most painful experience I've ever had in a dental chair (and I've had three previous root canals). After a week of continued pain, my dentist decided I should have that tooth, along with another evaluated. I refused to go to the same EndoDentist. This time I went to see Dr. Shepherd. Both Dr. Shepherd and his staff are wonderful. Very caring, reassuring. Great experience from start to end.
I stayed up all of last night due to toothache pain. My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Shepherd for a root canal. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment on today. Even though I was in pain all of the night, I was nervous and skeptical about going. I felt it was too easy to get an appointment so this can not be good. I didn't realize that God had ordered my steps from being in pain all of the night. I literally could have slept through the procedure. Absolutely pain free.
Thank you to DR Shepard and the office staff. I was out of town and needed emergecy root canal.I drove home and was abe to get in first thing next morning. Got the root canal back on road. Thanks for a saved vacation.
