He’s a terrific ophthalmologist. But he had a medical event, and the way his office handled his absence was just silly. No information about when/if he was returning, 7 months to get an appointment with the other doctor in the practice, euphemisms for medical event, (“sabbatical”) The other opthamologist for adults left. The pediatric ophthalmologist Zaparacas is terrific, but the adult practice is gone. But you had to find that out for yourself. The office staff was evasive and misleading, and frustrating…
