Art is nasty! Treat tenants like dirt, tries to get into their unit when they already made it very clear their were available one day! Art will also leave nasty voicemails and text for your tenants stay away from them!!! No professional at all…

Be very careful buying a house sold by Coccia Realty, even a refinished house. They tense to leave a lot of information out and materials used to refinished the house are so cheap that it will wear off after one year. The seller himself admits that he is cheap. If you really like their house, inspect every corner twice before buying or get a warranty that is at least 2 years.
