I have seen Dr Hinton who is very thorough, caring and will not just treat symptoms, but go for curiny tge root cause. I still go to his office but now I see Lori Campbell, who possess the same qaulities as Dr Hinton. She really goes above and beyond any physician I've ever seen. And kudos to alp the staff. I usually go to the Wentzville office, but I have been to O'Fallon. You will not find more caring and knowledged people.
Dr. Paul Hinton is a nice person, and that is the ONLY thing nice I can state. Over a 4 year period, we have been left in a waiting room for an average of 45 minutes, even when we arrive early, before we are called in. We are treated with extreme rudeness by all staff. We have been lefted in rooms and forgotten about. Getting prescription refills is next to impossible. Billing is a complete nightmare. Today was the last straw. After an hour waiting for the first appointment today, we walked out.
Dr. Hinton cannot keep good nurse practitioners because he’s only about money. He expects 5 min between patients. I loved dr. Porte, Julia Branco n Heather Bostic. N they have all left!! Staff are RUDE!!! Never return calls. Code wrong all the time. If you want to see a doc to just say hi I feel bad bc of a cough, let’s write a script n be on your way The gal at 5th st, short dark hair n beautiful eyes is the only nice thing about this practice!! Reviews are based on np that are no longer there!
I have always had a very positive experience with Dr. Hinton, his nurses, and staff. Always kind and courteous. I previously had a female doctor with SSM in O'Fallon and it was a horrible experience. It's so nice to finally have found a dr. and nurse practitioner that actually listens to how I am feeling and work hard at finding solutions to whatever I have occurring at the time. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I never have to wait long in the waiting room and everyone is nice.
Worst experience I've ever had! If I could do negative stars I would! This is the absolute worst practice ever. For our first time visit never saw doctor only a nurse when appointment was made with Dr. Paul Hinton. Long wait even got there early to fill out paperwork and to find out later they miss placed it. Billing department is horrible, no direct line to office, dirty rooms, referral department sucks, don't expect a call back if you have any concerns about illness.
First time there and never going back! Waited an hour and a half past appointment time to be seen for a checkup. Was rushed out in 5 minutes. All he did was talk about nothing. Asked me how my health was, but too rushed to talk. Listened with a stethoscope and was done. That's a checkup??? Office staff could be heard loudly outside the room. Most unprofessional place ever...and not very clean at all. Waste of time! Horrible experience!
ALWAYS a horrible experience. Most recently, my sister was given an incorrect immunization. Always have a trouble getting them on the phone, have had to use urgent care three times in the past year because I could never get through to make an appointment. Now they have failed to send my medical records to my new physician. They have misplaced my consent form that I signed to have my records transferred. Say I need to sign again. Unprofessional staff, dirty office, do not trust this organization.
The worse experience ever. The staff is incompetent. IF they answer your call, you WILL either be put on endless hold or transferred, just to be disconnected. Made appointments 2 months ago for my infant and toddler...showed up today and they moved the location to High Ridge without any prior notification to me. Never did get it resolved, because no one knew what was going on, so I was just being transferred and accidentally disconnected. Will never attempt to go back there. HORRIFIC
Have see this doctor since august because my other doctor is a sexual predator, dr hinton bought the practice. I have taken 4 percocet 7.25 mg since 2010. I have chronic pain from degenerative disc disease, diabetic neuropathy, and chronic low back pain. He has reduced my pills from 4 a day to 2.5 a day in 4 months.he does not care about pt pain. He wants you in the office monthly but has NO compassion or understanding. Stay away from this dr if you have chronic pain, he is bad news.
