Generally, Patxi makes amazing pizza. To be fair, the pizza is still very good but the service, makes Papa John's heavenly ;-) Last night I ordered a pizza, half and half. When I got home the pizza had pepperoni and sausage when it was supposed to be cheese!!! I understand it is ok to make mistakes. But the lady was extremely RUDE when I called, insisting it was a web order. I even gave her the name of the person who took the order! Oh and the person before that plain hung up!
