I got a cleaning here last August 2025. They had a special going on where cleanings were $99 flat. I remember enjoying my service and paying all that was due. I got a call in February about making another appointment, I told the front desk since I have moved out of state ( no longer needing these services). I check my email today and have a bill of $621? None of that was explained or charged the day of my appointment, I paid out of pocket and unsure of unnecessary charges a year later. Very unnecessary
My favorite dentist office and experience i’ve had in my years of living! Switched insurances so found them through zocdoc and i’m so thankful. have had a root canal and some fillings and the experience was all around very easy. Both dentists I had were so communicative about the process and I was able to tell them that I was anxious and they both relieved my anxieties. The finance manager is straight trash. She does not come to the phone. Does not follow up within normal business practices of 48 hrs via email. Sent me a bogus email to allow her 7-14 business days with no follow up still on her behalf. I have even called to speak to the dentist and was denied. I received a root canal from here and paid $3000. I was still experiencing sensitivity the very next day. Was told to go to an endodontist. Went and paid $2000 out of pocket. This was my first visit and everyone was just lovely. Imama and Sara greeted me and took me through what was going to happen for the visit. Shortly after Hubab brought me back and administered X-rays and then Quanera delivered a fast cleaning and was so kind and patient in answering my questions. When all was said and done Bryan took the time to go through my treatment plan and discuss payments and options available.
