Our visit went good the first time. But we just had our second visit and after being told it would be about 2 hours or less till my dog would be finished I had to call when it was 3 hours later to check on my dog. With the sign saying 2 1/2 hours or less with an appointment didn't happen for me. Also it's almost been a week now since we got our dog groomed and she is still having diarrhea since her visit there. Love love this place. I was recommended by a friend. My two boxers are happy pups when they get pampered.
Hands down the best place I've ever taken my dogs! They come back so clean and whatever soap they use is fantastic!! My dogs smell good for weeks after their appointment!
They did a wonderful job today deshedding my Siberian husky today! She is like a whole new dog and so happy! Thanks so much guys!

The ladies are great. My dogs like it here and they are reasonably priced. They do a great job shaving my yellow lab. I highly recommend them!
I live in ocala florida while i was in panama city i took my three dogs to pattys and such a beautiful job they did they have been groomed alot in there seven and eight years of thejr lives but not as good as they were done there i want to thank you for such a beautiful job and the love and care they were givin and this comes from my heart thank a of you so so much
