I ordered and never received. They also won’t answer the email I sent, multiple messages on here, their phone and you can’t leave a voicemail since it’s full. Reporting it as fraud on my credit card since I don’t know how else to get my money back.

received a 16oz bag of the Chicago fire popcorn from christ hospitals ems room as a Christmas present. very good quality and flavor. would definitely recommend. can't speak to the atmosphere of the store or the attentiveness of the staff as i haven't been there yet.
So bummed! I really wanted a popcorn bar during the cocktail hour of my wedding day! I carefully researched and selected Patty’s! Easy phone calls and ordering process. Dude Offered delivery! I said great! One less pick up detail to arrange on my busy, special day! THE POPCORN NEVER showed! Worse of it, I’ve yet to receive any follow-up, a phone call, an explanation, a refund or an apology! This kernel feels BURNED! Don’t count on Patty’s to deliver for your special occasion! It was a huge inconvenience!
Best candy store around. Especially good popcorn. Italian Black Truffle and the Chedder Hot Grip, made with Grippos seasoning. Is delicious.

I reached out to this business because I was looking for popcorn balls. After trying several businesses, I couldn’t find anyone who sold them. I wanted them for party favors for my son’s birthday. He’s obsessed with all sports, and I thought it would be a cute idea. They offered to make these special for me, and I am very happy with the results. Thank you so much for making these special for our family!
