Barely spoke English - so she didn't understand what I wanted and messed up my hair. She also started thinning out my hair with thinning shears and when I asked her what she was doing, she told me my hair was "too thick and I needed it." I responded that I did not ask to have my hair thinned out. With an attitude she said "Well have you ever had it done before."
