Came by without an appointment around Wednesday 3:45P and was sat down immediately. Claudia (I hope I got your name correctly!) understood what I wanted quickly from my picture references and did a great job with my face framing cut. She had no problem cutting more when I requested it after the initial cut (better to cut more than cut too much!). Quickly blow dried for the final look. I was in & out within 15! Amazing! I gave this place two chances, and while my first haircut was fine, the second was absolutely terrible. Quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever paid for. It looked awful, and I honestly don’t know how someone can send a customer out the door looking like that and think they’ve done a good job. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. A decent first experience had me willing to return, but the second visit completely ruined that. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Patty cut my hair. I was trying to be understanding with why she was using a thick razor and cutting out so much of my thick hair I was trying to be nice but this is what I get for being nice my hair is so thin at the bottom it took 8 years to grow I don't ever want to get my hair cut by a hair stylist again. I need my money (75 dollars) and my 12 dollar tip back.... I'm sorry.
