I have never left a review like this before, but I cannot understate how hurt I was by this situation. Patty was personally recommended to us, so we hired her to perform a full move out clean of our home. This was communicated when we booked the service online AND when my husband met Patty at the house the morning of the clean. Patty even told my husband she was glad it was a move out because it is "easier" than residential, that she would be spending around 2-3 hours cleaning, and that the house was going to look "completel... read more
