We are looking for somewhere to take our children and received her information as an approved provider through our insurance. We called and left messages, and finally requested a call back to confirm if she was full or not accepting new patients. She was candidly rude and stated she didn't know how we got her number because she didn't see kids. I explained, we received her information from insurance. Nothing but respect for Ms Warner! She has helped me through so much. When the VA turned it's back on me and repeatedly let me slip through the cracks, and even was forgotten, she was there for me. Honestly without her care there's a good chance I would have been another VA statistic by now. Thanks again Ms Warner.
