Dr. Benfield is the best! I’ve been seeing him for a while and he knows what he’s doing! The place is amazing and the people are super nice!
I've been going here for 15 years and I won't go back. I referred my mom to go here because I trusted them with her eye care. Dr.Benfield disregarded her concerns and didn't do a thorough exam, he was rude and cocky. I told my mom to go to a different office and she was relieved she did. The eye Dr told her she had cataracts, uveitis, and other issues. I will never refer anyone again.
Staff is Professional, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Dr Erin Johnson...glad I asked to be your patient several years ago! �
After being a loyal & satisfied customer for years & recommending numerous people to the practice that ends today. The doctors are great. Customer service, not so much. Being nice does not equate to good service. The customer should not have to absorb the mistakes of the establishment in full.
