Patty was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. She noted some minor repairs that needed to be made, and then arranged for them to be done. She took care of EVERYTHING that I couldn't do as an out-of-town owner, thereby taking the stress out of the process.
