In 2025, Patty helped us find a wonderful new home and sell our old one. As we looked at homes and evaluated our options, our priorities evolved, but Patty was always clear and straightforward with us about what we could get within our budget and how to evaluate our options. She helped us find a great house (with a modicum of charm of course), and we had a very good experience working with her.
