The food was really good. The mixed patty kulcha and aaloo patty kulcha were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, paired wonderfully with a hot, aromatic elaichi tea and a crisp Coke. However, the wait time to get our order delivered to the table was far too long, so while it's a great spot for authentic flavor, service speed definitely needs improvement if you're not planning to settle in for a long wait.
Will expect better service next time
Omg!! After having bad experience at goreway location, we tried this location at Kennedy. Surprisingly, worst than them. I have tried their kulcha 6 months ago and it was wonderful experience but this time poor service. Here again server was unaware of what they can serve or not. When requested to make it less spicy whatever they have, she responded that we cannot customise spice level as mixture is prepared as per customer preference???? Then who we are? Not a customer? Disappointed. May be its not their day!!!!

Staff needs better training and a new manager they’re running around like chickens without their heads and no manager or leader to support. Orders are always delayed, things are always missed. They just make it hard to enjoy the taste after all that mess.
