Patty & Kenny were absolutely amazing during the sale of my mother's home. They went above and beyond in helping my mother through the entire process and ensuring a profitable sale, while also being responsive and open with the many adversities they faced through the sale. Navigating the housing market takes patience and experience - they do not lack in either of those categories and anyone looking for an agent would be lucky to use Patty & Kenny!

Frustrating and disappointing experience. Met with Patty and Kenny, they are very nice people, and told them what we were looking for and that we wanted a Buyer’s agent. Spoke with them several times asking them to forward homes that we’d be interested in, to only be ignored and misunderstood. Told them our max limit and was sent one listing that was $25,000 over. Had to ask them more than once to set up a MLS search for us, and it took several days to do so. Emails and phone calls went unanswered and we were brushed off. Ca... read more
