For this area, this is absolutely the best place to get a good home cooked meal, where the cook himself will ask you how you want your meat cooked!! I'm originally from central Maine, and there is no place close that has the selection of fresh seafood that can compare to Patty Joe's. Love, love, love this place!!!
Best seafood I have ever eaten! The food is always so good and the reasturant is clean. I had the gulhog appetizer wow hot and spicy. Then the fried oyster, my wife had the fried shrimp both were excellent! Topped it off by splitting a homemade appleturnover and ice cream!
I can't say enough good things about the restaurant. I have eaten there several times and every meal has been great. Friendly people and nice atmosphere. The desserts are homemade and wonderful.
We had a party of 10 and all of our food was great. I had the mini plate of clam strips and when they brought it out, I thought it was the full plate. They were cooked so well I thought I was at the beach. I will go back as much as I can.
Went there for the 1st time last night... Had the oysters... Loved them!! Had great conversations with the owners; so friendly!! It's nice to go to a place that makes you feel so comfortable with amazing food.. We live in Lebanon but will definitely be returning!!❤️
The fired sole was great and the hushpuppies with Portuguese sausage are highly addictive!
