Have been a client for over 20 years with this agency. Have left multiple messages for Harmonie and Patty with no call backs. This has been going on for weeks now with no resolution. Wrote a new car insurance policy for me in December, and before the first payment, they increased the rate 20% and I can't get anyone to call me back. Buyer beware if you decide to do business with them.
This office has poor service skills and also has problems receiving and returning calls I almost left Statefarm because of this office I recommend Hammond office very professional people there !!!
