I had a poorly executed and grossly over-charged job done for our school. When I presented the problem to Patt, she was very rude and would not take responsibility for her employee's error and adjust the school's invoice, or even apologize. I'm shopping local at Copy Store & More where they treat people with courtesy and know their business.
