Don't try and sell here. Their website says that they will take jewelry in any condition, but they really don't. I was met at the door by a nice young lady who told me that they wouldn't take "any colored stones, nothing under a karat, etc." with minimal amount offered on gold per gram. I didn't even get to show her. The two-star rating is for location and store aesthetics only.
Pattons provided over the top service in getting a ring resized that I've been unable to wear for over 6 months due to a finger injury. They were so compassionate, helpful and respected how much I really wanted to be able to wear my ring again. I strongly recommend this business for not only repairs but for shopping because they exhibit a warm and professional atmosphere to everyone that comes in.
Mrs Candice was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend her to anyone that walks in the store. Pattons Fine Jewelry along with her help exceeded my expectations of making my wife happy.

Absolutely amazing! Every time I’ve gone into the store, it’s been a salon day where I’m not exactly dressed like i’m going to be buying and I have always been treated by all staff members fairly and respectfully! I will definitely be returning because the service you receive is phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough!
