This place is horrible. The landlord will target people for no reason. theres an unbelievable amount of mold. They will give you an apartment with holes in the walls and broken stuff. When something breaks they will not fix it. The neighbors are horrible smoking out back and you can smell it inside and not to mention the millions of bedbug and drug problems along with it. And if they dont have bedbugs or so drugs they’re loud blasting music at midnight. You have better luck being homeless then living here.
Unless your in dire need don't live here, theres constant screaming, fights and drug abuse going on here and the landlord does nothing about it even after many complaints. Nothing ever gets fixed no matter if you submit a request, anytime it pours water leaks through our windows, theres black mold everywhere, and when our smoke detector was beeping they removed it and didnt give us a new one for months. The front door has no crash bar and the handle they "replaced it" with is also broke and the 2nd door has no handle at all ... read more
I dont recommend. Literally kicked me and my disabled grandma out because he have 2 people in a 3 bedroom after we requested a two bedroom after her husband left. Also they do not fix anything you can put in a million requests and nothings done. They took our smoke detectors out because their was water leaking from upstairs then bitched for us having no detectors while we put in a bunch of requests for new ones. Also full of black mold.
Its not a bad place to live, most of the neigbors are friendly. Really wish the laundromat had more than one machine.
Tries to evict you if you are late on rent by one day. Not allowed window ac. Has multiple fire code violations. Does not fix things quickly. The landlord hates everyone. They do nothing to help you. If you have no income might as well forget it.
