Slum Lord Nothing but live in a Building under Patton Realty Co. The Land Lord refuses to exterminate rats and mice, building is falling apart. He fixes everything for the People under neath us. Were not on a lease but living in the Apartment. We are struggling and paying him $800.00 a month. But in yet he says were not up to date in rent. The back porch which is wood is fallen apart. I want to warn People please do not rent from Freddy the Slum Lord.
