Update...One year after installation with the yearly maintenance agreement. Patton Mechanical recently came out to do the summer service. I'm happy to report that the service crew was as great as the installation crew! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all thorough. I'm thankful that service goes well beyond the sale! Patton serviced a mini-split in my garage that was not part of the service agreement while they were here as well. Excellent!....... Excellent service from start to finish! Patton Mechanical went over & beyond. They installed a full HVAC & ductwork in our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The pricing was fair, the communication outstanding, and the installation was well done. Five stars all around!
