Called twice to get someone to come service my furnace and help me with some other concerns. Never heard back from them.
Their repair of my aunts air conditioner left allot to be desired. AC went out on Monday, & it’s now Friday and it’s still not repaired. She is 80+ years old and has to stay in a house with no AC & temps are in 85-90 degree range. Unfortunately, she will not leave her home. Plus, they repeatedly said it would be “tomorrow”, never calling her back either - she keeps having to call them! I will make sure she never uses them again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We used another company because we witnessed a Patton employee that lives down the street from us rip up an advertisement sign for another company out or our neighbors yard. We just had another company come out and service our AC and they put an advertisement sign in our yard and they same thing happened. We called and spoke with an individual from Patton and they didn't seem to care and acted like they supported that kind of behavior. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
