Amazing experience start to finish. Great tech (Scott) super clean installation. I had a furnace from the 90s that "seemed" to work good, or so I thought. After inspection, multiple cracks were found inside among other things. They dont just say you're furnace is junk, time for a new one....they at least try to keep your old one in service. Big thumbs up.

I could not suggest Patton more! Aaron came out to give us an estimate the same week we called. He was kind, thorough, and explained exactly what he saw in layman’s terms and gave multiple options on what needed to be done. Today, Andrew and Jason came to tune up and get our radiators and boiler going in our 100 year old home. Annually Patton Heating and Air Conditioning service my furnace, A/C and Aprilaire Humidifier. They do such a thorough job and are so pleasant to work with. Aaron is always so helpful in explaining and showing me when and what I need to do when switching from summer to winter for the Aprilaire Humidifier and even helped with the ordering of filters for future use. They have always been there when I needed them. So thankful.

Scott and Reece were polite, clear and got our system working again quickly! Very fair and open about the cost and had the parts needed. I was really happy that we called Patton!

Super helpful! They talked me through some trouble shooting with my AC unit and I didn't even need to make the appointment :)
