I went to an open house at Patton Cove in Clyde today. What a great area and neighborhood. I recommend taking a look at these homes. If you'd like to take a look, please give me a call.
Purchased our home in March. Went with a new build because of limited time to relocate and did not want an older home that needed work. Unfortunately, this was the worst home buying decision we have ever made. Rob Orr is great - he is the relator so it is expected that he would be personable and helpful. Sean Spacil with DHI DH Horton's finance company was almost incompetent.
