I paid to have possible damaging programs removed, and upgrades done. I paid the extra fee to get the service done within 3 days. The 3rd day I called to check if the computer was ready for pick up. I was told no the repair work had not been started Someone in the background said it would be done by time I got to the shop. When I arrived one of the technicians had the computer open. The computer that was checked in was originally hacked, so we ran cleanups, the computer was defragged, we turned tap to click off. Malware was removed and after she called to complain, we put in our ticket system that she would not be charged if she brought it back. Almost 20 years ago when our company was founded, we placed a 14-day return policy just as every Big Box store.
