My old AC went out during 100 plus degree weather. A huge truck arrived soon after I called with a large industrial cooler for our use until the AC installation was completed. I was grateful and don’t know what I would have done without it. They were back early the next morning with our new system and started working right away. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Top tier service and system.
Their drivers use parking lots and streets as their toilet. I have a video of one using the parking lot behind the Manchester Mall to urinate which Google won't let me upload, saying it's an unsupported format.
The company itself spreads bad gossip about pre-apprentices around the office and shop, everybody act so shocked but in reality their union doesn’t do anything to stop it.
These people have no boundaries. They will take a crane into a sleeping neighborhood at 5:30 am in the winter and wake all the neighbors on a Saturday morning. Very bad unless you want your neighbors to hate you.
