Their drivers use parking lots and streets as their toilet. I have a video of one using the parking lot behind the Manchester Mall to urinate which Google won't let me upload, saying it's an unsupported format.
The company itself spreads bad gossip about pre-apprentices around the office and shop, everybody act so shocked but in reality their union doesn’t do anything to stop it.
These people have no boundaries. They will take a crane into a sleeping neighborhood at 5:30 am in the winter and wake all the neighbors on a Saturday morning. Very bad unless you want your neighbors to hate you.
I called because they installed the unit. I ordered a truck roll to assess. Technician showed up, Stated I had a leak in the Condenser Coil. We agreed not to add Freon. He left. They charged me for a pound of freon, gas for the truck (it's less than 5 miles) and an Hour of the technicians time.
