At the time of finding out we had a problem with our AC system we contacted Patton for help they had a professional technician come out right away to diagnose the problem. Turns out the fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced, still under warranty it took a few days to order a new motor. Meanwhile Patton was so generous to deliver to our home a portable AC unit. Amazing service! Came out next day. My AC was not working and we got a quote for $8-10k for repairs. They came out tested everything and found out that we only needed coolant. Everything is back up and running great!

My old AC went out during 100 plus degree weather. A huge truck arrived soon after I called with a large industrial cooler for our use until the AC installation was completed. I was grateful and don’t know what I would have done without it. They were back early the next morning with our new system and started working right away. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient.
