Patti is an amazing to work with! She takes such great care of the people she's helping. We trust that she will fight for us and help make sure we get the best home for our family. We definitely plan to use Patti the next time we move.
Patti is awesome. She helped us purchase a home when we were out of state. She went above and beyond in her efforts to assist us in viewing homes, via FaceTime, or doing research etc. Once we found a place, she also went above and beyond in helping us locate companies for insurance, help in inspections of the home, opening the door for inspectors and all aspects of helping us get situated. Simply the BEST! I was looking to purchase my first home in Lindley Park area of Greensboro and Patti was heaven sent! She helped take care of everything from beginning to end! The process was so easy and free of stress as she communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on and what was needed. As first time home buyers my husband and I definitely were nervous and didn’t know a ton about the whole process, but Patti was great! She’s very honest about her thoughts regarding houses, appliances, pricing, etc but isn’t pushy or overbearing with her opinion. We were even out of the country for one of our viewings, and she was great working with us to do a virtual tour on FaceTime alongside one of our close friends. She made us feel comfortable and confident in purchasing our first home and we can’t recommend her enough!
Patti Walters was a gem to find when searching for someone to help me figure out what I could afford, areas/neighborhoods that would fit my needs and was ALWAYS dependable! She went out of her way at the drop of a hat to meet and view homes as I was shopping from out of state and needed someone to look for me. She went above and beyond with video calls and accommodated me more than I ever expected. Always punctual and respectful of my time. Very easy to work with and pleasant to be around.
