Food is great, staff very attentive. Wonderful place when holiday lights are up. This year was the best display we have seen since going there.
We were traveling from Florida to Kansas City and saw signs for Patti's so we pulled off hoping to have lunch. Unfortunately the area was so packed we couldn't find a parking place (We later found out it was the first night of the official lighting For the festival of lights). We left saying we would stop on our way back home. We were spending the night in Paducah and drove over to Grand Rivers even though we were tired from driving all day. I have been to Patti's many times over the years and I have always gotten great food and service. It is well worth the drive.
We recently went to Patti's to celebrate 2 birthdays. The service was OK... Not great though. We had reservations made a week early and was sat 20 minutes after our reservation. I had a handicap person wheel chair bound and she was sat on the outside of table. People including waitress continuously bumped into her. We waited several minutes to place our order for drinks. Finally we got our drink order but no bread. Had to wait again for bread and had to ask for refills which took a while to get. Finally we got our food with ... read more
