Always delicious and service is always friendly. Favorite place to stop going and coming from Nashville.
Tonight my husband picked Patti's for our 23rd anniversary dinner . I'm here to say my last visit . I got the 2" pork chop dinner with salad & mashed potatoes. Salad was alright, I added butter ,salt ,pepper to the mashed potatoes to make them worth eating. After 2 bites of the pork chop i was done . It was the worst pork chop i have ever ate .� i had to eat a lot of the bread to get the taste out of my mouth . Sorry I saved my appetite for this. Now I'm at home eating a turkey sandwich & chips . Not what it used to be. Steak was cold when it got to me. Asked twice for steak sauce, never got it. Couldn't keep my drink full. $53.00 for 2, and no desert. Price has gone up. Service and taste has declined. Sorry. Very disappointed.
Overall great food, service, and atmosphere. My only complaint are some of the prices...$1.98 for substitution apples for chips on a kids meal!? That was almost an entire kids meal price to do it for each kid. Not to mention lack of kids drink prices. $2.98 for a small cup of milk and another for sprite for my 2 kids is a lot. Most restaurants have kids drinks included in kids meals or special pricing for kids drinks. We’ll be back, but lesson learned on subs and drinks, water and chips it is!
My wife & I went there on 12-3-17 for the first time, the lights were breathtaking, the food was the best we have ever eaten, & our waitress, Britney, was the best waitress we have ever had, I travel all the time & have had a lot of waitresses, she has been the best. I cannot say enough good things about her & the rest of the staff.
I called to make reservations for 5 at about 10:35 on Sunday morning and was able to get in at 1:45 at Bill’s. We started driving from Henderson and when we were about 15 minutes away, I called to check on parking for Bill’s since we usually eat at Patti’s. Imagine my shock when Trina said our reservation were for the 8th not today, the 3rd. We were going to visit Santa and to celebrate my 9 year-old grandson’s birthday.
