We went to Pattis last night. Waited 2 hours. But didnt mind because we had eaten there before and knew it was worth the wait. After being seated our waitress was a no show. Another one notice we where sitting there with no drinks. She took our drink order and then with discussed attitude she took our order. Our waitress had a big table of 10 she was working on. We loved it! Our family of 8 was given a table large enough to accommodate 12, the highchair was an actual highchair and the baby loved it, we were provided 2 waitresses that were both attentive and polite, the food was amazing. We droven an hour to get there and it was worth the drive.
The food and service were ok. A little over priced. The waitress seemed annoyed when we ask about gluten free items. Since my wife and son both have celiac disease, we ask a lot of questions when a restaurant does not have a gluten free menu. Probably will not go back.
We ate vegetables pastas: 4.5/5 and cajun pasta: 4/5. Very good ambiance. Highly recommended.
The pork chops are awesome! Great service! It was a little pricey. We loved it.
Very disappointed this time, waitress was, for lack of a better term, "non-existent" We decided to opt for different sides this time. I chose the "loaded" baked potato, charged an additional $3.59, my husband chose the asparagus, which we were charged an additional $4.99, you might as well say we were charged an additional $9.00 (roughly) on top of what we were charged $24.99 each for, perhaps your charging policy should be reviewed. Love the 2 inch Pork Chop, we only eat pork chops here. Our service has all ways been great!
Pattis is an excellent place to Play and to eat. The pies with the merinque stacked high are to die for. We recommend to all our guest.
We absolutely loved it!!! Very nice and friendly staff! Excellent food and the prices are very reasonable!!! We are coming back to this place on our next visit!! Great family place too!!!
