Wish I could give more stars. Like 11 stars. Out of 5. She saved me so much money and now more than ever is the time to use a realtor like this. It is a sellers market right now so it sold quickly and not having to pay a normal realtor commission was so financially beneficial for me as the seller that it should be illegal! I have found Patti Morgan realtor service to be a good experience, in fact I am using her service again. The up front fee gets you on the MLS, and then yes you are expected to kind of take it from there, but they set up showings and offer good guidance when responding to offers. I also used Patti to help me find a new house. I suggested the homes I would like her to get me in to see, she set up the showings and escorted me through the homes. The best part is her rebate in the end. I am in the market for a new home this year.... read more
Realtor would not even acknowledge our offer that we had on a house. Our realtor had to call 3 times for her to even look at our offer.
