I saw her as a first consultation for some plastic surgery. I hated her demeanor. She came in the room and gave me the sense that she had more important things to do. When you're going under the knife, you want someone that you feel comfortable with. I didn't get that feeling with her. I was also surprised when one of her staff went into a patient's file and pulled out before and after pictures to show me what I might look like.
