If you have questions, you receive a prompt response; if you're uncertain about something, he'll find the answer for you and clarify it. He's trustworthy and kind at a time of loss when that's exactly what you need. My mom and I used him for my father's estate, and when my mom passed away, his office was the first place I went, because I knew everything would be handled--and it was.
